Guenther Flamm, Chief Sales Officer, directs UC4's international business activities. Before joining UC4 Software in 1999, Flamm spent 12 years as an IT and operations expert. Most recently, he served as Sales and Technical Manager at Platinum Technology GmbH, where he was responsible for activities in Austria and Central and Eastern Europe.

Ken Jackson, President of Americas, is responsible for all operations in the Americas, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, R&D, HR, Support and Operations. Jackson brings more than 20 years of software experience to UC4, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of North American Sales at ASG Software Solutions. Under Jackson's leadership, ASG enjoyed multi-million-dollar sales growth in each of his years at the helm. Before joining ASG, Jackson served in sales and management roles at CA, IBM/Tivoli and Candle Corporation.

Andreas Seidl, Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for corporate planning, financial strategy and commercial financial analysis.  Prior to joining UC4 Software in 2008, Seidl was Director of Finance and HRM at I&T, a manufacturer of flat cables and cable harnesses primarily used in the automotive industry, and was a Senior Consultant at management consultancy firm McKinsey & Company. Most recently, Seidl was Head of Strategy and Finance at eBay, Austria where his responsibilities included finance & administration, corporate planning, financial analysis and strategy.

Vincent Stueger, Chief Technical Officer and head of Worldwide Support, is responsible for the development and implementation of UC4 Software's worldwide product strategy. Stueger has extensive industry experience, having held a number of management and consulting positions at leading international companies, including Infoniqa Informationstechnik GmbH, Austria, where he directed the product management and development departments for the company's core software product.

Fred Kohout, Chief Marketing Officer, has more than two decades experience bringing new technology to market and brand building on a global scale. As CMO, Kohout is responsible for the branding, go-to-market and product marketing activities at UC4. Most recently, Kohout was CMO of TAGSYS, an early stage RFID technology company. Kohout also held senior positions in sales and marketing during his 18 year tenure with Sun Microsystems including Vice President Marketing Europe, Middle East & Africa, Vice President SPARCserver Product Marketing and Vice President Client Software Product Marketing.

Alan Smith, Senior Vice President Sales & Services for the United Kingdom and Ireland, joined UC4 Software in 2008. Smith worked ten years at software provider BMC Software, where he was Managing Director and VP UKMEA, and also held senior roles at Informix and Siemens. Immediately before joining UC4 he was UK & Ireland Sales Director at Verint Systems, specialists in actionable intelligence for voice and video data solutions. 

Manfred Zeilinger, Senior Vice President Sales & Services, is primarily responsible for building and expanding UC4 Software's business in the Benelux, Mediterranean, Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, as well as Asia/Pacific regions. Before joining UC4 Software Zeilinger worked at EMC Computer Systems in Austria, where he managed the strategic and operative marketing activities of the company's operations in Central, Eastern, and Southeastern Europe as well as the Middle East. Prior to EMC, he spent several years at Sony, where he held a number of executive sales, marketing and business development positions.

Stefan Zeitzen, Senior Vice President Sales & Services for Germany and Switzerland, joined UC4 Software in 2004. Prior to joining UC4, he spent 14 years at software provider Novell, including seven years in the management of Novell Germany. He held numerous positions at the company, including VP Sales Germany and Business Development Manager Germany for Identity Management and EAI.

Christine Dworschak, Vice President of Human Resources, is responsible for recruiting and staffing, personnel and organizational development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, personnel administration and labor law issues. Prior to joining UC4, Dworschak served as Human Resources Manager for Motorola Austria and worked as a consultant for Management Consulting Jenewein in Vienna.
