We are currently seeking a

Customer Relationship Manager

to work in our Broomfield, CO Office.

Main Responsibilities

• Identify, create, and maintain individualized relationships with customers, with the intention of maximizing profits through the sale of additional software/services, improve customer satisfaction, and solidifying customer references
• Provide upper management, account managers, and marketing with knowledge of customer base, accurate needs assessment, customer references, and effective relationships that ensure future repeat sales
• Provide additional support and bring customer awareness to all available support sites

Requirements

• BS or BA
• 3-5 Years of demonstrated success in sales, preferable in the high tech marketplace in either Inside or Outside Sales
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
