Technical Support Engineer

Responsiblities

• Support AppWorx Product and UC4: Global Customers
• Guide customers through troubleshooting and analyze debug information.
• Be the primary contact for customers for issues during life of an issue.

Requirements

• Experience working with Windows Server or UNIX/LINUX systems
• Knowledge of SQL language
• Understanding of Operating System and Networking concepts
• Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skill

Work Experience

• Experience in a technical support position or similar occupation.
• Bachelor's degree in a Computer related field, technical degree, or related experience.
• Experience working in a social interdependent technical team.
