UC4 Appoints New Chief Finance Officer

Andreas Seidl Joins International IT Company As New CFO

VIENNA, September 4, 2008 – UC4 Software, a leading global provider of workload automation, job scheduling and IT process optimization solutions, today announced that Andreas Seidl has been appointed Chief Finance Officer (CFO) effective September 1st 2008.

Seidl’s experience of working across international markets, combined with his finance and consulting expertise, will support the company’s international expansion plans. He will also assume responsibility for corporate planning, financial strategy and commercial financial analysis at UC4.

Prior to joining UC4, Seidl was Head of Strategy and Finance at eBay, Austria where his responsibilities included finance & administration, corporate planning, financial analysis and strategy. Previous roles include Director of Finance and HRM at I&T, a manufacturer of flat cables and cable harnesses primarily used in the automotive industry, and a Senior Consultant at management consultancy firm McKinsey & Company. Seidl graduated with a first class honors degree in Mathematics & Computer Science from the University of Vienna and was awarded a place on the Dean’s list for his MBA at the Rotterdam School of Management.
