Certification for UC4 Basics (Exam)
The exam reflects the user's knowledge and consists of a multiple choice and a practical test. The participant requires at least 3 months of practial experience (more details see "Certification") and needs to know the fundamentals of the UC4 Basics training for UC4 Operations Manager.
To prepare for the exam a UC4 Refresher Workshop for UC4 Operations Manager can be booked optional. |

Attendees will learn to install and administrate UC4 Operations Manager. You obtain a sound working knowledge of installing the UC4 Operations Manager system and carrying out upgrades and adjustments on the server, clients, and database. This course also includes add-on programs. |
