Services-/Terms and Conditions of Cancellation in Europe
All prices stipulated do not include tax.
The invoice is issued when the order is placed, in this case when registration for a training course is made. The invoice has to be paid within 14 days after billing.
Course fees are refunded in total when a registration is cancelled at the latest 21 calendar days before the event commences. When a cancellation is received from 20 to 8 calendar days before the course begins 50% of the fees are refunded. No refund whatsoever is granted for cancellations or no-shows which occur after this time.
UC4 retains the right to cancel training courses when the minimum number of participants has not been reached and to cancel the registration of individual participants when the maximum number of places has been transgressed. UC4 Software informs participants of cancellation at least 10 days beforehand. If an event has to be cancelled due to force majeure or the lecturer has cancelled or due to any other unforeseeable occurrence, cancellation may be given at short notice. In this case UC4 Software will offer an alternative training course or refund the fees which have already been paid.
The participant is responsible for selecting the course attended. The course is given by qualified personnel in a manner which ensures that the average, attentive participant can fulfill the objectives of the course. Accomplishment to a certain standard cannot be guaranteed. Training material which has been provided by UC4 software is only for the participant's personal use. Copyright remains the sole property of UC4 Software. Duplication of any part whatsoever of the training material is prohibited. If a computer has been given to the participant during the training course for learning and training purposes the participant is prohibited from using data processing material on the afore mentioned computer if it has not been supplied by UC4 specifically for the training course. No data on the computer supplied by UC4 Software may downloaded, copied or transferred for storage to other data processing material. Participants are liable to UC4 for all consequential damage resulting from infringement of the aforementioned terms and conditions.
