More Information on the Merger

On March 27th 2007, AppWorx Corporation and UC4 Software merged to form the largest independent vendor of enterprise job scheduling and application automation solutions. The combined organization will continue to be known as UC4 Software. The use of AppWorx as a company name with its distinctive red logo branding will be phased out.

The products that you currently use – AppWorx and UC4:global – will continue to be available for your use. UC4 will further develop and market each product although the names by which you currently know each of these products will change. Moving forwards UC4:global will be renamed to UC4 Operations Manager while AppWorx will become UC4 Applications Manager. More details regarding timings for these changes are available in the UC4 Customer Zone.

The renaming exercise forms part of our consolidated technology vision and business development strategy. UC4 Workload Automation Suite will feature AppWorx and UC4:global as key modules that drive IT process automation and optimization for both existing customers as well as new users. Extra information on UC4 future plans and direction can be accessed by customers contacting their account managers directly or by using the resource areas mentioned above.

As an existing customer the merger and product name changes will have no impact on the outstanding levels of service and support that you have come to expect from AppWorx Corporation and UC4 Software. The same communication channels and support resources that you have previously benefited from continue to be available to serve your business needs.
