- Standard support: Available during the support center’s business hours in your region. 24x7x365 support is available on a billable basis, with guaranteed response times for each priority level. Free access to UC4’s web knowledge base is available 24x7.
- Extended support: Includes standard support, plus 24x7x365 access and guaranteed response times for Priority 1 and 2 requests.
- Premium support: Includes standard and extended support, plus a designated senior support advocate, regular reports and reviews of trouble tickets, and the ability to take Priority 3 and 4 issues to our other support centers during local business hours for faster resolution.
