Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination of internal and external service partners in the IT environment
- Coordination, support and execution of interdepartmental IT projects
- Interface management of specialist internal divisions such as Software Development, Support and Internal IT
- Support departments in their everyday business
- Administration and maintenance of service management applications
- Generation, consolidation and management of IT requirements
- Ongoing optimization of processes and the communication between the departments
Requirements:
- Several years’ experience in IT/organization
- Wide range of operative knowledge in IT infrastructure (server and network)
- Experience in server administration and scripting
- Knowledgeable in project management
- Experience in service management applications and processes – experience in Service-now a plus
- Understanding of IT change and support procedures
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Consequent and works independently
- Strong social skills
- Very good in German and English
