Our management team consists of seasoned experts who blend proven business leadership with extensive expertise in job scheduling, workload automation, application integration, IT process automation and business intelligence.

Jason Liu, Chief Executive Officer, brings extensive management and technology experience to UC4. He was most recently president and CEO of Univa UD, a company he transformed from a grid computing player into a recognized leader for cloud systems management software. Prior to Univa UD, he was CEO of Intrinsic Technologies, a Microsoft infrastructure software and services provider and CEO of Callisto Software, a mobile systems management company acquired by Novell. Liu also previously served as CFO and senior vice president of Corporate Services for Ravisent Technologies, where he led the company through multiple acquisitions and spearheaded an IPO that brought the company to a $1 billion market value. Liu holds an MBA degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Washington University.

Guenther Flamm, SVP of Global Accounts and Solutions, directs UC4 Software's international business activities. Before joining UC4 in 1999, Flamm spent 12 years as an IT and operations expert. Most recently, he served as Sales and Technical Manager at Platinum Technology GmbH, where he was responsible for activities in Austria and Central and Eastern Europe.

Ken Jackson, President of Americas, is responsible for all UC4’s operations in the Americas, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, R&D, HR, Support, and Operations. Jackson brings more than 25 years of software experience to UC4, and is credited with driving double digit license growth in his 4 years at the helm. Prior to joining UC4, Jackson served as Senior Vice President of North American Sales at ASG Software Solutions. Before joining ASG, Jackson served in sales and management roles at CA, IBM/Tivoli, and Candle Corporation.

Andreas Seidl, Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for UC4’s corporate planning, financial strategy, and commercial financial analysis. Prior to joining UC4 in 2008, Seidl served as Head of Strategy and Finance at eBay, Austria, where his responsibilities included finance and administration, corporate planning, financial analysis, and strategy. Before that, he was Director of Finance and HRM at I&T, a manufacturer of flat cables and cable harnesses primarily used in the automotive industry, and served as a Senior Consultant at management consultancy firm McKinsey & Company.

Randy Clark, Chief Marketing Officer, leads UC4’s products, programs and communications globally. Clark brings more than 15 years of growth leadership experience transforming business-to-business software companies to address growth markets through new products and go-to-market models, as well as deep expertise in systems management and cloud computing. He most recently served with Platform Computing as CMO instituting business and marketing strategies that enabled the company to transition from the niche high-performance computing market into growing enterprise analytics and cloud computing markets. Previously, Clark was Senior Vice President of Marketing for Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC), where he helped create the Product Lifecycle Management category and position PTC as category leader. Clark also served as Vice President of Marketing for multiple public and venture-backed companies, including Symyx, Clearforest and Enigma where he successfully led transformative growth. He holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Vincent Stueger, Chief Technical Officer and Head of Worldwide Support, is responsible for developing and implementing UC4’s worldwide product strategy. Stueger has extensive industry experience, having held a number of management and consulting positions at leading international companies. Most recently, he was at Infoniqa Informationstechnik GmbH, Austria, where he directed product management and development for the company's core software product.

Craig Beddis, Senior Vice President of Rest of World Region, oversees the UK, Ireland, Nordics, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific and is responsible for building the UC4 business through the development of new sales channels and identifying further opportunities for growth. Craig has 18 years experience and has been instrumental in building brands and helping to transform businesses to rapidly accelerate growth. Prior to UC4, Craig worked in a senior sales role at BMC Software and ran UK operations for Identity Software, later acquired by BMC. He was also a key member of the team that helped to build Netscaler’s business before it was acquired by Citrix in 2006, as well WebPerform Group prior to its merger with Gomez. Craig has also worked in senior sales roles at software solutions companies including IONA and HLNT Networks.

Stefan Zeitzen, Senior Vice President of Sales and Services for Continental Europe, joined UC4 in 2004. Prior to that, he spent 14 years at software provider Novell, including seven years in management at Novell Germany. There he held numerous executive positions, including VP of Sales for Germany and Business Development Manager for Identity Management and EAI in Germany.

Siddharth (Sidd) Mallannagari, SVP of Strategy and Corporate Development, is responsible for business strategy, mergers & acquisitions and strategic alliances. Prior to UC4 Sidd was VP of Strategy & Product Management in the Software-as-a Service (SaaS) business unit at CA which he founded at the company. He championed the SaaS business strategy including M&A and product management of key solution areas. At CA Sidd was also VP of Corporate Planning where he developed and led CA’s collaborative strategic planning process. As Director of Strategic Finance he was also involved in M&A for one of CA’s business units. Prior to CA Sidd held business planning and product line management roles at Dell. Sidd also held new product strategy, program management and project engineering roles in the Automotive Systems Group of Johnson Controls Inc. Sidd holds a Masters in Engineering and an MBA with distinction both from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, India.

Christine Dworschak, Vice President of Human Resources, is responsible for recruiting and staffing, personnel and organisational development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, personnel administration and labor law issues. Prior to joining UC4, Dworschak served as Human Resources Manager for Motorola Austria and worked as a consultant for Management Consulting Jenewein in Vienna.
