UC4 Partner Certification

The UC4 Certification programme allows us to differentiate and reward individuals and organisations who have excelled and invested in UC4 in terms of skills, knowledge and the performance of  UC4-related business activities.

Individual certification
This certification is awarded to individuals who have completed a UC4 technical or commercial training programme or have demonstrated their competence by successfully completing a customer project. Because individuals often acquire the necessary skills ‘on the job’ – possibly by working alongside a trained UC4 consultant – we also offer a discretionary certification process, enabling your staff to be evaluated during such a project. Company certification
Company certification requires that your organisation meets the criteria corresponding to your chosen partnership activities or programme tracks. Generally, the criteria cover four areas:

• General business engagement
• Number of certified resources your organisation employs
• Market performance (in terms of either sales, brand recognition or successful project completion)
• Specific capacity requirements (such as call centre, hotline, training centre or data centre in line with the chosen business activity)

The certification for individuals and companies is valid for one year and must be maintained at all times if certification is to be renewed annually on the anniversary date. In order to become a UC4 Certified Partner, an organisation needs to meet the criteria for at least one of the chosen programme tracks.   The criteria are not cumulative, in the sense that, if criteria are the same for two programme tracks, they only need to be met once.
